A good way to MAKE it take you 20 minutes to eat

Is to update your blog while you are on lunch. 

It seems that now that I have more friends blogging, I am more motivated to keep up my own blog…we’ll see how long that lasts.

I’m a wee bit grumpy this morning, for several reasons.

1. I am always grumpy on the “first day of the rest of my life” (ie Diet)

2. I did not sleep well last night at all, because I binged before bed and so I had an upset stomach all night. (why would I not binge before the “first day of the rest of my life”)

3. I am hungry

I just need to keep the positive in mind when I am trying to lose weight.

Yeah there is going to be a time of adjustment, you can not go from eating complete crap to eating healthy and not need to adjust, but it does get better…easier as time goes on. I also need to keep in mind the goal. Ultimately I want to be healthier, but I also want to lose weight and look good in my uniform for my welcome meeting in September.

I definitly need to plan my menu out. Lack of doing this has been part of what has resulted in my grumpiness this morning. I had a two point muffin for breakfast and crashed around 9:30AM…but had to wait to eat my lunch…which means by the time I heated up my lunch I was starving and mad. I’ll be full for the afternoon I think, and come supper I will be good.

I think I can do it….I just need to be patient, and practice discipline.
