I have lost 5 REAL pounds … WOW… I didn’t give myself any goals, I just starting eliminating the garbage. You might be interested to know a couple of times this week, I even enjoyed about a 6oz. glass of red wine. (wow).

And, it was NOT easy. It was work, it was self-denial and it took planning.
BUT…I am encouraged that I have found a way to eat that provides me with nutritional and delicious
Alternatives to the normal American diet without having to eat slimfast, jenny craig, weigh watchers or nutrisystems food (yuck).
So … if you like, I will continue to share my recipes with you. I think this time, I’m really going to do it. J
