Welcome to Week Nine!
This 12 week challenge is absolutely flying by. We turned our books to the last page today, which symbolizes there’s only one month to go. How unreal.
Today, as every Monday was weigh-in day and due to it being the end of another month of the challenge, it was also measurement day. I knew I had pushed myself hard this week at the Gym, and bringing back up my visits to what the previous weeks were (Going twice a day on a couple of occasions). As well as my Personal Training session on Tuesday, I had partaken in Body Pump on Wednesday and also BodyJam & Body Balance back to back on the Saturday. Plus my own cardio and weight sessions on the other days.
This week I lost 1.4kg. Which after last weeks gain of .3, is really 1.1kg. Still, a girls gotta be happy with those results. My measurements were taken and this months results are:
Bust: 99cm (-1)
Waist: 78cm (-4)
Hips: 99cm (-2)
Upper thigh: 63cm (-2)
Lower Thigh: 58cm (-3)
Arms: 30.5cm (-1)
Total CMS lost for Month Two: 13
Total KGS lost for Month Two: 3.5kg
TOTAL CMS LOST FOR TWO MONTHS: 40.5cm! (15.94 inches)
TOTAL KGS LOST FOR TWO MONTHS: 9.9kg (21.8 pounds)
