The Perfect Marriage

So the whole purpose of this blog site is to share what I feel is the “Perfect Marriage” - Fitness and Nutrition.  You can’t have one without the other as some people tend to believe.  You may lose weight by eating right, but you’ll not have a tone and cut body without exercise.  Turn that around and you may have strong muscles and you may have a bunch of strength, but if you don’t have the proper nutrition and diet, your muscle will just grow under your fat and make you look fatter!
