I know i promised I would not weigh myself for the entire month of March, but I lied. I kinda weighed myself every week. It is going much slower than I would like but I just keep reminding myself that I did not gain all this weight overnight, and should not expect to lose it all overnight. I do feel smaller though, my face and neck feel smaller and my goal pants seem to be fitting better with each time I try them though I need to get rid of the doughnut roll on the side that I get.
so here I go…I am actually proud that I have stuck in for as long as I did/have, and I dont want to give up. My new target is July. I go to Atlanta for the AC Milan game and I dont want to be fat for that one, so back to the grinder for me. Wish me luck.
P/S I am still not smoking….
