Time (and CNN for for making it their headline story) just jumped the shark today with a story entitled “Why Exercising Won’t Make You Thin“. What the story concludes is that burning yourself out every day at a gym is no more helpful in weight loss than just getting out there and doing something every day, and that would have been a wonderfully positive story to trumpet. But what we get instead is DON’T WORK OUT NOTHING WILL HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT WE ARE ALL LOST!
