Consumed: 13 Cups- I Rock!
Exercise: Went to the gym for 35 minutes did tried day 1 for c25k before i start next week and did 5 min warm up on tredmil and 10 min of alternating jogging and walking, then walked the remaining 10. Then did 10 minutes on stationary bike. Kept my heart rate at 150 the whole time.
