Weight Loss is Science Not Luck

Anybody can lose weight and have a better body because it doesn’t happen by chance. It’s not luck or a roll of the dice. It’s not being at the right place at the right time. It’s biology and chemistry. It’s science. It’s a recipe. If you do A… B will happen. If you do C… D will happen.

Losing weight is not like becoming an actor or rock star. Generally achieving those levels of fame and fortune does require some luck, chance, or serendipity in addition to talent, hard work, dedication and determination. Weight loss is not like that. It’s not “fate” or “luck of the draw.” It is an option, a decision, a choice, and it’s available to everybody regardless of your body type. It just requires knowledge, consistent effort, self-discipline, and faith. Anybody can lose weight and have a better body. You just need to know what to do and then be willing to do it. It’s small changed adding up to big results.
