Prescribed Goal: cross-train 30 minutes
Actual: I chose 30 minutes on stationary bike (just a hair over 6 miles - I was reminding myself to go slow, don’t rush into this, don’t get injured or burned out); I was feeling peppy so I did another 10 minutes on treadmill, 5 mintes at 5.0 (which is the 12:00 pace) right after the bike to see how my warm legs felt (good lord that pace feels just right, but after a bit it’s too fast…that’s OK I’ll work on it), situps and stretching
Today’s Playlist Favorite: Shake It is still working it for me (see below); Rock Your Body by Justin Timberlake is a great cool-down song
One More Observation: good grief my belly looks pudgy while I am leaning over on the stationary bike…that’s OK
