Small Plates

My next idea for loosing a little poundage is to use smaller plates and bowls. I am using a plate that is a little larger than a side plate. This is just perfect. I have an old bowl, dug out from the back of the cupboards, it holds about a third of my usual bucket!

I have been very good and adhered to the sugarless tea and coffee. Not drinking as much now though… I used to drink it for the sugar boost. Must step up the water intake or my brain will shrivel. I have also kept to the regular meal times… about four hours between each meal… four meals a day. I am now heading for the dance page to joyfully jiggle my lardy bits!
