Back to my hilly route again, and I feel much better for it. Its not so much the fact that I went faster again (although that is nice) its the fact that the hill really makes me feel like I worked hard and gave myself a proper workout.
Today is my first of my Wednesday Weigh-ins. So its only actually a few days since my last one, but it means I am now in synch with the rest of RF for my weigh-ins.
Start Weight 21st 9lb Current Weight 20st 13lb This Week -2lb Total Loss -10lbSo seems I am still losing weight which is good. Speaking of which, Breakfast Time!
