getting started

current weight: 225

goal weight: 160

weekly exercise:

  • tuesday: 1 hour (with trainer)
  • wednesday: 1 hour (with trainer)
  • thursday: 1 hour (with trainer)

here’s my problem…. i have a hard time doing this on my own. i seem to only workout when my trainer comes to help me and get me moving. i completely lack the motivation, so i figure if i do this and have to answer to myself in some way it will help.

so here i am and i’m going to try to keep this simple.  i’m on a mission to loose 65 pounds and no i don’t have a time limit set but i’d like to loose it by summer of next year… is this reasonable? i think so. i’m going to give weekly updates and i’m going to include my current weight, goal weight, and exercise – along with briefings, i.e: emotions, ups, downs, and whatever twists come along. please follow me in this journey, offer inspiration, advice and whatever else you feel like letting me know.
