I have about 7 more weeks of 5K training until I run the actual race. While the fun is in pushing myself to distances I have not reached in a single jog, I am getting the itch to try something new. I am looking forward to the next challenge.
Swimming? Spinning? Building a 6-pack and some guns? I don’t know yet. I am really trying to stay focused on the task at hand, but my brain is wandering. It is something to stew on. But this is good, for it seems I have caught the unshakeable exercise bug. Sweet!
Any suggestions on something I should try? What is your addiction?
