What’s up for today ladies? It’s COLD here today!! Feels like we’re mid October if you can believe that!! Definitely jeans & hoodie weather!! Having a good day so far… got all my housework done today, (and I did extra ’cause my grandma is coming over) so I go the ‘extra’ mile… lol! Also got in my workout (30 Day Shred) today, so I feel better about life after not getting any exercise yesterday.
I started off the day with my coffee and banana-blueberry bread again… then after my workout I ate about 1/3 of an orange, I would have had the entire thing but it was the last one and my 2 daughters wanted some too… so share I did!
Next was a nice, big, omelet! 2 eggs, some 1% milk, about 4oz. roasted chicekn breast, generous 1/2 cup of broccoli, and about an ounce’ish of cheddar cheese. A slice of whole wheat toast with butter was a perfect side! YUM!
That’s all i’ve had so far… it’s almost 3 pm here and i’m about to jump in the shower to get ready for date night with hubby! We’re going to the VIP theaters to see Inglorious Basterds. It’s a Quentin Tarantino movie, so not my usual cup of tea, quite violent, and i’ll probably cover my eyes for more than half of the movie, but it’s supposed to be really good and last time hubby let me pick and we saw The Proposal. Not exactly a “guy” movie, so fair is fair right? lol!!
For those who are wondering, VIP Theaters are new here, but they sound fabulous! Tonight will be my first time going…

Three auditoriums are equipped with RealD 3D technology, where guests can enjoy a fully immersive 3D experience with the great line-up of more than a dozen 3D movies scheduled to be released in 2009. With three VIP auditoriums, guests 19 years of age or older will be treated to an exclusive box office and concession stand, a private licensed lounge with appetizer menu offerings and seating area as well as oversized, premium and reserved seating.
Sounds pretty good huh? I’m excited! Hoping that I can find something ’semi-healthy’ to eat since we’re having dinner at the Theater.. I very much doubt I can sneak in my camera, so will just have to tell you how it went tomorrow!
