Time Magazine just published an article entitled “Why Exercise Won’t Make You Thin”. This is news to me!
It seems like the main argument is that exercise doesn’t burn that many calories AND we get more hungry after working out than we would just going through a normal day.
Whatever – even if the whole exercise to lose weight thing is a sham, I refuse to stop exercising.
On that note, I ate SO much today.
Breakfast: apple, peanut butter, Fiber One yogurt: 500 calories
Lunch: piada, tuma cheese, spinach/garlic/onions sauteed, wine cookies: 800 calories
Snacktime: Dark chocolate M&Ms, italian bread: 1,000 calories
Now I’m going to go to the gym and burn 1,000 calories. And then I can eat dinner without feeling bad. Ugh, my stomach is full.
